What is the required care? Because the tags are waterproof, you can wash them with water (and soap if needed) and then simply dry them with a clean cloth.
Do you ship overseas? Yes in most countries. The cost of shipping will be calculated according to the destination. Courier (2 to 3 days transit) or traditional post (12-15 days transit) are available.
Are the shapes of the tags pre-made? No, they have been designed by Tag It and are cut by our machine.
Can I order customer made shape? Yes, we are happy to assist you if you require a specific shape. Just contact us by email or phone with the details of your order and we will give you a quote within a day.
